- For Butter Cookies
- 500 g Flour (all purpose)
- 400g Butter
- 150 g Icing Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- For English Shortbread
- 4 cups All Purpose Flour
Instructions
- For each type of cookie mix the ingredients and bake at 350 F until bottom is brown.
