- lbs Butter
- lbs Sugar
- 4 Eggs — 1 at a time
- lbs Ground almond
- TT Vanilla
- 2 oz Pastry flour — just to combine
Instructions
- ) Cream butter and sugar together.
- ) Add eggs two at a time until completely absorbed.
- ) Add ground almonds and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
- ) Sift and add pastry flour just to combine.
