  • lbs But­ter
  • lbs Sugar
  • 4 Eggs — 1 at a time
  • lbs Ground almond
  • TT Vanilla
  • 2 oz Pas­try flour — just to combine
Instruc­tions
  1. ) Cream but­ter and sugar together.
  2. ) Add eggs two at a time until com­pletely absorbed.
  3. ) Add ground almonds and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
  4. ) Sift and add pas­try flour just to combine.
