Ingre­di­ents
  • 2 cups pre­pared mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves gar­lic, puree
  • 3 roasted red pep­per, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 ½ oz lemon juice, fresh 1 oz worcestershire
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • As needed Sugar (may need a tiny amount)
Instruc­tions
  1. Purée the gar­lic and roasted red pep­pers in the blender and then add the other ingre­di­ents in order. Sea­son with salt and pep­per to taste.
  2. Add sugar as needed to cut burn or bit­ter edge.
