| Sesame Orange Chicken |

Ingredients
- 8 fl oz dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 8 fl oz sake
- 2 oz fresh orange juice
- 1 ½ oz granulated sugar
- 6 x 6ox Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, sake, orange juice and sugar. Set aside approximately 8 fl oz for making the sauce.
- Brush the chicken with the remaining soy sauce mixture and grill over hot charcoal until done, basting regularly.
- To make the sauce, combine 2 fl oz (60 ml) of the soy sauce mixture set aside for this purpose with the cornstarch. Bring the remainder to a boil in a small saucepan and stir in the corn-starch slurry. Stirring constantly, continue boiling until the sauce thickens. Simmer 1 minute.
- Serve each breast sliced and fanned out on the rice drizzled with accompanying sauce.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
