Ingredients
- 25 g (1oz) Dry active yeast
- 425 g Luke warm water
- 25 g Sugar
- 900 g Bread flour
- 15 g Salt
- 40 ml Oil
- 2 Eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl mix water, sugar and yeast together and let stand for approx 5 minutes.
- Place flour on top of yeast/water mixture (slurry) and the place all remaining ingredients on top of flour.
- Mix with dough hook for approx 5 minutes until dough is fully developed.
- Place developed dough on floured table, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
- Scale to desired weight, round and rest 20 minutes.
- Mold into desired shapes and proof until double in size.
- Bake at 350°f for 25 — 30 minutes until fully done and golden brown.
