Ingre­di­ents
  • 25 g (1oz) Dry active yeast
  • 425 g Luke warm water
  • 25 g Sugar
  • 900 g Bread flour
  • 15 g Salt
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 2 Eggs
Instruc­tions
  1. In a mix­ing bowl mix water, sugar and yeast together and let stand for approx 5 minutes.
  2. Place flour on top of yeast/water mix­ture (slurry) and the place all remain­ing ingre­di­ents on top of flour.
  3. Mix with dough hook for approx 5 min­utes until dough is fully developed.
  4. Place devel­oped dough on floured table, cover and rest for 20 minutes.
  5. Scale to desired weight, round and rest 20 minutes.
  6. Mold into desired shapes and proof until dou­ble in size.
  7. Bake at 350°f for 25 — 30 min­utes until fully done and golden brown.
